Ben takes pride in jumping in and getting his hands dirty with the projects he manages. Since receiving his Bachelors of Arts in Business from Lake Forest College he has worked in a variety Project Management and IT positions allowing him to utilize his creativity, drive and focus to successfully lead projects to completion.
 
A quick study, he can be counted on to bring clarity to the projects he manages by ensuring all project participants have the information and understanding they need to be successful. A User Experience enthusiast, Ben always looks for opportunities to improve the experience of the people his projects impact. Rather than making assumptions, he blends quantitative, qualitative, and heuristic evaluations to make informed decisions.
